Is the Gnash project interested in Windows support? If so, may I suggest

That's on the schedule for getting done Very Soon Now. I have been
blocking on getting the new cygnal code base to "hello, world"
status. I'll let Rob override this, if he wants.
I.e. the hand-made config.h could be put in the Win32 folder, and the
.vcproc project file updated accordingly.
I have a project file now, but it's very much not ready for prime
time. Expect something that basically works in the round of work I
mentioned above.
Also, the headers and binaries of the dependent libraries could be added
as well, to ease the task of helping the port.
Rob and I have discussed this. As I recall our consensus, we won't be
doing this. Dual shipment (with attendant version skew) is a worse hazard
than the effort getting dependencies installed.
Also, the nice document about how to proceed could be added as a readme in
the Windows folder.
What I posted was the beginning of such a document.
