[Gnash] klash won't compile

Hi every body.

klash.cpp  in latest cvs did not compile due to undefined SDL_GetTicks.

I found that we need to add
#include <SDL/SDL_timer.h>
 to plugins/klash/klash.cpp for build to complete.
