Yes actually it seems I get a lot of warnings/errors when running
autogen.sh. This is what happens
processing .
Running aclocal -I macros  ...
Running autoheader...
Running automake --gnu  ...
automake: server/Makefile.am: not supported: source file `swf/ASHandlers.cpp' 
is in subdirectory

Ok, this is a known one.
I suggest you update automake though, and we should probably have it
exit with an error if a minimum version is not available.

Ok Sorry I haven't seen this. I think I have the newest released automake(1.9.6) installed on this ubuntu dapper. What is the recommended way to upgrade it...should be pulled from cvs to work?
