Hi again,  

Could it be possible to not decode the mp3 to avoid the license issues? 
I mean, the output of the plugin could be a mp3 stream source that you
could link to a mp3 sink from a gstreamer mp3 decoder plugin.
And if this could not be achieved we could still have a video only 
Plugin, it's not perfect but it's better than nothing.
