I tried the steps given in
http://wiki.gnashdev.org/wiki/index.php/Gnash_Tips#How_to_use_gnash_KPARTS_plugin

but it still does not show up in konqueror. If I scan for netscap
plugins it recognises gnash plugin but can't play youtube.
