A quick heads-up - I decided to rename the files.  The correct URLs are now:

    http://getgnash.org/packages/snapshots/windows/gnash-r9575-win32.zip
    http://panoptic.com/gnash/gnash-r9575-win32.zip

Sorry for any confusion this causes, but I wanted to correct it sooner 
rather than later.
