In some configurations, certain built-in fields have little meaning, for 
instance in some very special-purpose installations, Synopsis may not have much 
meaning. For such installations, it would be useful to be able to specify a 
default, fixed value for this field, so that for instance Gnatsweb wouldn't 
have to worry about this field at all.
