Perhaps I'm mistaken. I could have SWORN the issue at hand was a file
in the kernel that was under 4-clause BSD license. The 4-clause BSD
license is Free Software and is also GPL-incompatible.

If that's not been found, ignore my posts, they're not relevant to the
discussion. :)
