As I said on IRC (some time after your discussion)

"needs to 'break' nicely - eg, be readable in lynx. I love "proper"
Accessibility, but thats a huge effort - I think something that views
ok in $notFirefox is a good start."

I think it should stay on-list - that way people can contribute if they
want, or simply leave it alone if they dont.
