Speaking of the local communities here, I'm a persistent attendee for BLUG, the newly established BGUG (Beijing Gnome user group), and OpenParty (a mixed tech group). Feel free to join us when you come to Beijing. My contribution to the project GNewSenseToMIPS: QA/usability testing and documentation.
