Yes, I noticed that rtl8187 was activated on more recent kernels, but
[Function][F5] doesn't bring it up and appending "echo 1 >
/sys/class/rfkill/rfkill0/state" to /etc/rc.local doesn't automatically start
it on boot. I brought this up in the debian mips listserve as well, but it
didn't seem like anyone came up with an easy fix.
