Nokia 3390 : errorcode=43 or unhandled frame request

using gnokii-0.4.0pre14 on redhat linux 7.2 and nokia 3390, i am receiving
send failed (error=43) on sendsms. i tried using smsd and with the same result.

using gnokii-0.4.0pre16 on the same server and phone, i get Segmentation fault
for both sendsms and smsd.

however i could read sms using getsms. other sms functions such as 
getmemory,deletesms,
also works. i think this is the same case for the nokia 3360 issue bec both are
U.S./Canada phone versions.


config :
gnokiir phone model = 6110 (serial)
