I tried this yesterday and 5 minutes ago right after a cvs update -d:

# autoconf
# autoheader
autoheader: No template for symbol `HAVE_LONG_DOUBLE'
# ./configure --enable-security --enable-debug
[...]

config.status: creating po/Makefile.in
config.status: creating packaging/RedHat/gnokii.spec

config.status: creating include/config.h
config.status: error: cannot find input file: include/config.h.in
# autoheader --version
autoheader (GNU Autoconf) 2.52
