[patch] more autoconf cleanups

Hi,

The following patch tries to do more cleanup with the autoconf stuff. It uses
the autoconf macro AC_CHECK_MEMBER to check the structure members.
If it works, I'll change some defines (to be defined automatically eg.
HAVE_TERMIOS_CSPEED to HAVE_TERMIOS_C_IFLAG and HAVE_TERMIOS_C_OFLAG)
to have this part really clean.
