Persmission problems

Hi,

I hope that I won't ask a question that has been asked before, but I 
couldn't find my answer in the mailing archive.
My problem is that I cannot use gnokii with another user than root. And 
I would like that some other users also can operate it.

This is because I want to make a website with the option to send sms. 
But the web users isn't allowed to serial connection.
Error from Gnokii:

Gnokii serial_open: open: Permission denied
Couldn't open FBUS device: Permission denied
Telephone interface init failed! Quitting.

Something with mgnokiidev?? I have added the web user to the gnokii 
group and the rights of mgnokiidev is root.gnokii

Anybody any sollution?
