originating number for a sent sms..

Hi there,

Someone (Darren Chew) has asked this in the archives but not received a
response so I thought I'd try again.. Darren if you got an off-list reply
could you send it to me?

Does anyone know how to set the name of the sender when sending an SMS so
that it comes up as text even if the sender's name is not stored in the
receiver's phone ? I've seen it done by Telstra (Australia) and the web sms
people around the place, eg BlueSkyFrog.
