thanks very much! It just worked with memory type "IN". 

Is there somewhere a good site with gnokii "how to" examples or
overviews with such things like the memory type? (I didn't know by now
that there are memory types like IN OU etc.)

I only know "gnokii.org" and the site on Savannah.
