I have a usb serial to usb adapter in an attempt to get gnokii to work
through a serial port on my macintosh portable.
I get the following error message when I run gnokiid:
roz:/dev# gnokiid
Segmentation fault
roz:/dev# Gnokii serial_open: open: No such device
Couldn't open FB61 device: Illegal seek
gnokiid does however make a soft link
/dev/gnokii -> /dev/pts/7
I've tried changing this to point to /dev/ttyUSB0.
I am using a prepackaged Debian binary.
Any suggestions?
Thanks
Rory
