I got to take a few sleepless nights this week and get in finally to work.

Pavel, I think layouts will stay in some shape but only for use in the phone
drivers. When you read the SMS, you have to fill in RawSMS struct somehow.
Layouts in the simplier form will be suitable for this. (In fact for some 
phones we
won't need them - 3110, 2110 I think, in 6110 we can also deal without it).
This feature will be needed for 6210 and 6510 when we have 4 different
layouts (at least) and though it will be easier to use layouts.
