Hi.

When smsd looks for new sms it first uses GOP_GetSMSFolderStatus or
GOP_GetSMSStatus (it evaluates 'phoneMonitor.supported & PM_FOLDERS') to get
sms status. If sms status is changed smsd calls GetSMS.
