installing xgnokii

Hi,

I just installing gnokii 0.5.0pre CVS version, and I'm new in gnokii.
installing gnokii command line is succesfull, but I never succed to installing 
xgnokii.

But when run "./configure" always display it (full list in attachment) :
-> checking for X... (cached) libraries /usr/X11R6/lib, 
headers/usr/X11R6/include
-> checking for X11/xpm.h... (cached) no
-> configure: warning: Cannot find include X11/xpm.h
-> configure: warning: Disabling xgnokii.
-> X (GTK) support : no

why I still can't installing xgnokii?
but I have xpm.h in /usr/X11R6/include/X11 from libxpm4 devel package.
what is GTK or X dependencies to installing xgnokii?

btw I'm using gnome 1.4 on Mandrake 8.2
