patch for phonebook on a file

Hi,

I send a little-very-bad-coded patch to support:

gnokii --sendsms a --phonebook /etc/phone --name Carles

The file /etc/phone is the file from:
gnokii --getphonebook SM 1 100 > /etc/phone WITHOUT the first line!!!

(yes, the little-very-bad-coded patch works by line)

Ah, if there are any person interested, I can add this "feature" to
--dialvoice

PD: tested from CVS and Nokia 5110, I suppose that --getphonebook is the
same format for all phones...)
