Looks like something's wrong, for I have almost all of those functions 
and headers. They are in /usr/include, and /usr/local/include is a 
symbolic link to /usr/include, so it should find it... not even running 
./configure with no arguments and from a clean tree (untarring the tgz) 
had any luck.
