Car Mode...

I'm not sure who worked on the 6510 driver for gnokii code
but was wondering if anyone came across a command to enable the
car mode over the FBUS. I do have an MBUS command but *really* need to
put the phone into car mode over FBUS. I used to do this with a 10k
resistor across the MIC and SGND pins but that doesn't seem to work
anymore on the 6310.
