how to make a connection

        I have got a question, before I send a request packet to my 61xx mobile phone, such as send a voice call request packet, should I make the

connection with mobile first? The answer seems to YES, but I really don't know what packet should be sent to Nokia mobile to set a connection, can

anyone give me some example?
