I'll try to update the System on the Zaurus to OpenZaurus 3.1rc1 in the
meanwhile and try to install gcc on it so I can update to current CVS and
enable debugging...

I'll second that greatly. Think about people using your software on embedded
devices and not having a compiler like - ehm - me. ;)
