gnokii 0.5.0pre4

Hi,

For those who don't like CVS or like numbers, here goes another
prerelease. Changes since 0.5.0pre3 touch mainly: compilation fixes,
xgnokii bugs, some cleanups. Many thanks for the bug reports. They let me
to do the fixes. Give it a try.

 * Misc cleanups
    o move ppp examples from samples directory do samples/ppp

    o add gsm-filetypes.o to libgnokii.so/libgnokii.a    (Pawel Kot)

    o <X11/xpm.h> is deprecated since XFree86 4.2.1, so don't
