[Bug#174433: gnokii_0.4.3-4(hppa/unstable): FTBFS: non-PIC in shared lib]

Hi all,

Gnokii 0.4.3 couldn't build on both hppa and ia64.  The fix was not to
mix PIC and non-PIC code.
