Seems that it is the problem compiling the smsd part with the current debian
config, maybe it was patched to behave, and I didn't have the time to
cross-check. Commenting it out compiles the CVS version now (I don't use
smsd anyway).

CVS version behaves a little different: calendar doesn't segfault but still 
have some
logic problem and cannot get over 100th calendar entry. 

xgnokii's caller logo editor (and sometimes other functions) stop with
"Event XX failed with error code 4!" (event 25, event 9), it worked in the
old version.

Quick dials don't work either (same error codes and some other messages),
but they gave bogus values last time as well.

SMS reading now crashes for a change:
