[patch] Tiny patch to gnokii-IrDA-Linux

I've attached a patch inspired by someone who read this file, got in
touch with me and told me they needed the [global] bit in their config
file.  I hadn't realised people wouldn't copy the sample config, so
here's some explicit instructions to do so.
