another bug with chinese nokia 3310

Hi,

I guess i'm the first Chinese to try out gnokii? as i
posted yesterday, the mbtowc and wctomb funcs don't
work properly with my nokia 3310 unless i add an
mbtowc(NULL, NULL, 0) somewhere.

and then i find that gnokii can only send about 30
chinese chars or 70 pure ansi chars with my cellphone.
i fixed this by:

<                               //length *= 2;

>                               length *= 2;
1298d1296

in the func sms_data_encode in common/gsm-sms.c.

i don't know how to verify my fix except that gnokii
do can send 70 chinese chars now. so i hope maintainer
can check this out for me.
