Yes they both support AT commands.
Nokia 30 purely on AT commands. Nokia Card Phone also support AT, but it comes with SDK and easy to use in windows.
Since we are moving towards open source, i really want to build a small SMS gateway application in our campus. Which can receive SMS, based on that perform some action and sends back reply to that mobile...
