SMS text encoding under gnokii

Hi all,

    Could anyone explain briefly on the SMS text encoding using gnokii? I tried 
to send SMS
(containing some big5 characters) using my Nokia 8310 and gnokii under Win2K. 
But the destination
mobile can only display some strange codes. I tried to look into the faq but 
didn't find related
information. Or anyone could kindly locate some related documents and let me 
take a look? I have
already engaged in this encoding problem for some time but I still donno how to 
tackle with it.
