Dear sir/Madam, As Powell kot told i installed the usbserial.o and pl2303.o drivers for the USB devices in my redhat linux 8.0. #insmod usbserial vendor=0x421 product=0x800 #insmod pl2303 i could install the pl2303 after installation of usbserial module. Then i run the gnokii --identify command i got the following output.(port=/dev/ttyUSB0 and connection=serial model=6100). #gnokii --identify GNOKII Version 0.6.0 Lockfile /var/lock/LCK..ttyUSB0 is stale.
