Hi People,

first, the actual gnokii (0.6.3) has some bug concerning the nokia 8310. In 
nk6510.c ~line 483 therese a operator_logo_width set to 4, the correct 
value of 72 was already set above. Probably something different was meant 
with this setting... ?

About reading SMS. There should be a "update sms" button and an indicator 
if "sms reading" is activated or deactivated. I cant determine from the 
window if it is, or if it is not. Since xgnokii seems to read the sms only 
sometimes (in 80% of the cases it just says updating sms and hangs) it 
would be nice to know whats going on, and to force reading of smsm, e.g. if 
one arrives, its nice to read it, and not to wait several minutes until 
xgnokii refreshes alone...
