6230 SMS Reading problems

Hi,

with my old mobuilephone I pressed C-a and I saw in the console the SMS
coming in and finily see them in xgnokii.
But now with my new handy 6230 that doesn't work.

I only get

Received message type 14

again again and again.

With 

$ gnokii --getsms IN 0 10  

it works fine and I see the SMS..... where is the problem?
