many at commands used from gnokii are not compatible :-((

it does an error on GN_OP_GetSMSStatus received message type 12) when 
call AT+CPMS="SM"

when I call from minicom AT+CPMS=? the phone responses +CPMS: 
(IM,OM,BM,MT,DM),(OM,OM),(IM)

i'm studing/searching for patching HELP NEEDED :-@
