Now the multisync CVS contains a more recent version,
please use that.

You need libvformat for using and libvformat-dev for
compiling the plugin.
Use the CVS version to have the fix for configure to
check for the headers.

Good question :-).
The patch is the official Debian patch +
gnokii_plugin.
