too long phone number? (0.6.4 - 6310)

hi all,

i tried to send a sms via gnokii and my nokia 6310 to a mobile provider which 
users longer phone-numbers than others (www.one.at).
sending an sms to another provider which users number with normal length works 
great! 

+436645117521 is ok!

+4369937205050 won't work

the delivery report brings me the following:

Text: Delivered

as you can see the number has changed!
the 0 at the end get's changed to 28...

is this done by gnokii oder did the msg-center something wrong?
