No need for --enable-debug. At the moment, there's always debug compiled
in. Just enable it in the config.

Could you then also attach the debug output?

The error you got as unhandled frame, means that setting failed, but we
don't know the reason:
        /* FIXME: failed calldivert result code? */
        case 0x03:
                return GN_ERR_UNHANDLEDFRAME;
