connecting to my ISP not t-mobile.

I'm able to connect my Zaurus 6000L to my Nokia 3660 to surf the webthrough T-Mobile's internet service. It's slow and costly. Will gnokiienable me to connect via irda to the 3660 and dial into my ISP?
