Nokia 3310 and config file

address@hidden I'm using gnokii and smsd with my Nokia 3310 and they work
fine, but I haven't config file .gnokiirc. If I put config file into
my home directory gnokii and smsd don't work!
              
My gnokiirc, in according to documentations, is:

[global]
              port = /dev/ttyS0
              model = 3310
              initlength = default
              connection = serial
              bindir = /usr/bin
              use_locking = no
              serial_baudrate = 38400
              smsc_timeout = 10

Can you help me?

p.s. I'm using GNU/Linux Debian Sarge with 2.6 kernel series
