Netmonitor Data on PC

Hi,

 

I'm quite new to this list so not sure if this topic has been discussed earlier. If discussed, can someone please send me a summary?

 

I ve been asked to develop an Windows based application that can log the Netmonitor data (some of them, like the RF level, Neighbours etc) to a Notebook or PC so It can then be used with GPS or similar positioning devices.

 

I can get any phone model if there is a restriction.

 

Can someone help with some codes?
