Nokia 6680 not recognized

Hi,

I am trying to attach a Nokia 6680 using the dku2 cable.

Problem 1) Wrong output from nokia_dku2 modprobe?

I compiled and installed the 0.6.9 nokia_dku2 module for my kernel (2.6.14).

On modprobe I get:

>From the README-DKU2 file, I was expecting to get something like this:

usbserial.c: Nokia 7600/6230 DKU2 driver converter now attached to ttyUSB0

which I don't see.  Is that a problem?

Problem 2) (I guess related) Cannot identify phone with gnokii --identify

I have set (.gnokiirc)
port = /dev/ttyUSB0
model = AT (or model = series60
connection = dku2

and get

Telephone interface init failed: Function or connection type not
supported by the phone.

I would be very grateful for any help,
