Hi Bob,

does /bin/lsusb report ID's that are presents in the pl2303.h files? 
If no, try adding it the ID's and recompile the module and load it. 
Don't forgot to submit your patch to address@hidden  I have done this
for a ca-42 clone cable and it work A-1.
