Have you try /port = /dev/ttyUSB0 on your .gnokiirc file ?

What is your lsusb output ?
I think your DKU-5 Cable need to be compliant with pl2303 driver. Some 
USB DKU-5 Cable need to recompile the kernel and add the idProduct and 
idVendor.

Browse the previous mailing list and find how to load pl2303 module.
