When I plug in my phone to CA42, here are the results of lsusb:
address@hidden gnokii-0.6.14]# lsusb
Bus 004 Device 001: ID 0000:0000
Bus 001 Device 001: ID 0000:0000
Bus 003 Device 001: ID 0000:0000
Bus 002 Device 009: ID 0421:0802 Nokia Mobile Phones
Bus 002 Device 007: ID 04fc:0005 Sunplus Technology Co., Ltd
Bus 002 Device 001: ID 0000:0000
The Sunplus Technology thing is from my optical mouse.
however, something interesting from dmesg:
usb 2-1: new full speed USB device using uhci_hcd and address 9
usb 2-1: configuration #1 chosen from 1 choice
drivers/usb/class/cdc-acm.c: This device cannot do calls on its own. It is
no modem.
cdc_acm 2-1:1.0: ttyACM0: USB ACM device
What does this mean? Does that mean my Nokia 6100 does not have a modem?
