Latest Fedora-6 version of gnokii does not seem to work for me

When I give the command
        /usr/bin/gnokii --getsms ME 1 27 > ME-20061215
on my Thinkpad T23 running Fedora Core 6
connecting via bluetooth to a Sony-Ericsson T630
(with the latest gnokii rpm) I get
