Hi Thanks for the reply
I was trying out the command gnokii --getsms SM ?. However I do not know
what needs to be put into the start option. I thought it might mean an
address location so I tried different numbers with no luck. Is it supposed
to be something different?
I am using a nokia 6680
Thank you for any replies

Even with a Gnokii (which is a great piece of software), we cannot
defeat the GSM standards. You need to send your messages one at a time.
