there is an example in gnokii-extras, written for gnokii 0.6.15 IIRC, that 
waits for an incoming call, prints the calling number then hangs up:

you need to replace the command GN_OP_CancelCall with GN_OP_AnswerCall and you 
can do that even if you aren't a programmer (just replace that string, you 
can change other things later if it works for you, but upgrade to 0.6.16)
